Balut is a developing bird embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell. It originated from and is commonly sold as street food in the Philippines. The Tagalog and Malay word balot means "wrapped".

I hope I don't offend anyone with this video. My shocking behaviour is because this isn't always normal to me. Where as I am aware it is a delicacy in the Philippines and other parts of the world. Where as over here in the western world, it's not.
