This is an amazing video both challenging and rewarding. I am thankful that my coworker was willing to have this conversation on camera and it is obvious to me that there is learning and a process taking place. I want people to remember, listening is not the same as agreeing, but by creating space for someone to share what they think allows room for exploration and genuine understanding.
