I made some videos and have since worked with people in over 20 different countries. I also have worked with nearly 300 people since I began years ago. Some of these people spend their entire transition with me, others just have 1 conversation about something specific, like how to navigate an issue with a partner.

If you have a therapist for anything, such as a different issue or diagnosis, that is fine. I always encourage you to keep an established relationship that is helpful. I have many people who attend my small online groups twice a month and that is all. Most people find my groups exceptionally affordable. They are usually shocked.
