Meditation can have an array of benefits such as increased focus and concentration, increased energy, letting go of resistance, emotional stability, insight and intuition, creativity, and overall better relaxation and ability to handle stress and anxiety. Some ways of going about meditating are to make time for it, have a positive intention, and realize that you can meditate anywhere, moving or not moving, eyes open or closed. Guided meditations may be beneficial as well.
