My name is Autumn Asphodel and I make videos about mental health, being transgender / transsexual, philosophical and spiritual topics, and many other things.

I was born a male, but have transitioning to female. I've been on hormones and even had surgery*. I discuss my transition as well as my struggle with various mental disorders.

Mental health topics include bipolar, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative identity disorder (DID), personality disorders, depression, anxiety, paranoia, hallucinations, delusions, trauma, etc.

*Male to female transgender (full-time since 2012), post-op (sex reassignment surgery) since March 2013.
