Difference between bipolar, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and dissociative identity disorder (DID) / multiple personality disorder (MPD). There is quite a bit of overlap and can be confused for one another, or even misdiagnosed, but they are all different.
